Moving can be really stressful but Tricon staff has helped make it a more exciting experience. Looking for a home that’s safe, clean, and affordable is very challenging especially in today’s economy. The team at Tricon made the application process seamless from beginning to end. Everyone I’ve been in contact with (Robin, Britney, Hailey) have all been courteous, welcoming, and supportive from the day I walked in for information. Robin in particular provided EXCEPTIONAL service; She was always prompt in responding to all the questions I had & clarified things until I understood them completely without making me feel like a bother. Robin is kind, patient, & genuine. There was a hiccup along the way of getting into the right home for my family. She went above & beyond to resolve the matter & I am beyond grateful for it. Robin, thank you for your support & patience. I appreciate you so much! & thank you to the rest of the team. You guys are awesome.

I've been living here for almost two years now. The best thing this company did was to hire Mitchell. He is super kind, and accommodating. What makes the biggest difference is how one is treated. Tricon staff have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service to me and my family. Elizabeth was tremendously helpful with our application process. Brittany, Robin and Joe are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and this makes us feel so welcomed. We have lived in many communities for the past 15 years and this is by far the best experience we have had. We are enjoying a quiet, cozy brand new smart house. We absolutely love the amenities, the location, and quality of every appliance. We are very grateful to have found this place and to call it our home.

The staff here has been super helpful and kind. Jessica at the front office has been very informative and nice with the whole process and any follow on questions after moving in. Also Mitchel with maintenance was very helpful and expedient with getting work orders done. So far a great experience over all.

My wife and I are new residents here in Wildomar, and I have to say the communication between the office and tenants has been fantastic—better than anywhere else I’ve lived. Jannah in the leasing office, in particular, has been outstanding. Even when I couldn’t reach someone directly, there was always an off-site number to call, and the option to send simple text messages to the leasing office has been a huge help. It saves time, prevents headaches, and ensures questions or concerns are addressed quickly. The property itself is very well kept and solidly built. We’ve had no issues with noise from neighbors, which honestly surprised us—the sound insulation is excellent. While no place is perfect, the office staff has been extremely attentive to any concerns we’ve raised, resolving them promptly and professionally. I would absolutely recommend this community to fellow service members I work with. This is the first company I’ve leased from that actually offers benefits for military members, which I greatly appreciate. Thank you for making our move-in experience such a positive one!

Every question I had was answered quickly, and their communication was always clear and prompt. They made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. I’ve had a really great experience living at this apartment complex! The community is always well-maintained, quiet, and clean. The office staff has always been professional and helpful whenever I’ve had questions and pop in the office. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Mitchel from maintenance. He has been absolutely amazing! Every time I’ve submitted a request, he responds very fast and gets the job done quickly. It’s such a relief that maintenance issues are handled so quickly where as in my last apartment I had many issues with that. I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend this community!
